Lee Lindop landed this nice out of season brownie today at Dunoon Reservior, caught on a “jocks buzzer”. The fish was safely returned to the water.

A DDAC member captured this image yesterday up at Loch Tarsan, it shows two children a good bit out on the thin ice and a male adult on the bank, what you won’t see in this photo is that the adult was throwing large lumps of ice high in the air, and crashing down on the ice surface where his children were.

Gary Ramsay a visitor and a former DDAC member, now living in Haddington, fished the Reservoir at the weekend, caught 5 in total, all were returned apart from the one pictured. He used a home tied fly, invented by himself called a “Scudbug” …. well done Gary hope you enjoyed your visit !

Simon Mullins fished Dunoon Reservoir yesterday, not expecting much as the water was well coloured after the recent rainfall, second cast he connected with this beauty of 9-10 lbs, the fish was safely returned. ……. Well done Simon !
