Neil Smith got off to a good start to the season with these three quality rainbow trout.

Lee Lindop landed this nice out of season brownie today at Dunoon Reservior, caught on a “jocks buzzer”. The fish was safely returned to the water.

Allan Miller took these photos of a frozen up Loch Loskin this morning, at -5°C was probably the coldest day of the year here so far ! ….. Thanks Allan nice photos.

A DDAC member captured this image yesterday up at Loch Tarsan, it shows two children a good bit out on the thin ice and a male adult on the bank, what you won’t see in this photo is that the adult was throwing large lumps of ice high in the air, and crashing down on the ice surface where his children were.
Member Allan Miller fishing catch and release at Dunoon Reservoir yesterday, flat calm and overcast were not exactly ideal conditions, but he still landed a few … well done Allan 😉

Gary Ramsay a visitor and a former DDAC member, now living in Haddington, fished the Reservoir at the weekend, caught 5 in total, all were returned apart from the one pictured. He used a home tied fly, invented by himself called a “Scudbug” …. well done Gary hope you enjoyed your visit !
